The Texas Mushroom Conference was created to cultivate exploration into fungi in a meaningful and engaging way. We work alongside universities, researchers, mushroom farms, educators, chefs, nonprofit organizations, and community partners to bring together a diverse mix of voices from science, food, sustainability, and culture.
