Founded by mushroom educators and community organizers, the Texas Mushroom Conference exists to share the power of fungi in an accessible, joyful way. We host events that connect science, food, sustainability, and community while creating space for learning, collaboration, and curiosity.

Our approach centers on accessible, hands-on learning. Through expert talks, mushroom demos, tastings, and interactive workshops in biotechnology and sustainability, we create an environment where people of all ages can explore fungi in a meaningful and engaging way.
